DP, I have a Elite vsx45tx with Monitor Audio speakers and it,s a great combo. I am using the Silver2 for mains, the Silver1 for rears and the Silver center. I kept my Def Tech sub and this is a very impressive system for the money and the size of my room.[14x14] My other choice was a Paradigm studio series[40,s for main] and it was nice but the Monitors are a better match with the Elite. I can,t recommend them highly enough.

Monitor Audio is a superb match. Also check out Klipsch, JMlabs, Aperion Audio, and Def Techs.
