Depends what you're looking for from a set. Don't limit yourself to just those two choices though. There's plenty of great companies out there.

What are you looking for in a component set?

Are you looking for a bright or mellow tweeter?

And lots of midbass or emphasis on the midrange with average midbass? Are you running subs? What kind of music do you listen to?

idunno, what do u mean by bright or mellow... bright as in screaming.. I just want somthing to match what im goin to put in the back window, 6 6x9's.. and for sub Im going to be puttin in 8 10" crossfire 310d, with two crossfire 600d amps...

start from scratch....take away all the crossfire gear and the 6x9's. you dont want any of that, trust me.

when it comes to subs....more can equal better (as in louder..)...but for speakers, more isn't always better. your concentration should be getting a great pair of front speakers and then putting whatever subs you want in the back. you dont need to upgrade rear speakers....your ears aren't meant to hear them and it throws your soundstage off. so skip the 6x9's entirely.

lets start by finding a set of good components for you, then worry about the subs.

bright/harsh can be ear-piercing....it's a more lively tweeter.

Yes, i've been hearing about how not to get the 6x9's, luckily i have only bought one set so far, but I have already purchased all 8 subs and the amps, and believe me i got a super deal on em... So yes lets see what type of components and tweeters do i really need my friend,, IM rollin a chevy impala caprice coupe 1979.. shoot!!!

I need you to lay out what you're looking for in a speaker still...the questions I was asking above. Without knowing this, we can't really point you in the right direction. If you're not familiar with what to look for in terms of how a speaker sounds, I would suggest heading to a local car audio shop and doing some listening tests. Then let us know what you think. Remember what speakers you listened to and what you thought about them. From there, we can help you make an educated choice.
