Tuesday, May 20, 2008 - 05:30 GMT i recent baught a 2007 sonata and installed 2 10w1v2s powered by a kicker zx 300.1 in a 1.1 cu. in. sealed box untill i purchase a new sub. (prev owned a 99 s10 regular cab) i want to keep this SQ with a 15 in a larger ported powered by a JL audio e1800 (already own, 800 @2 ohm, 480 @ 4 ohm) I was leaning toward a 15 inch RE SE wired at 2 ohm tuned down to 600 watts. Does anyone have any other suggestions on a 15 inch SQ sub for around $300. Thank you

Tuesday, May 20, 2008 - 07:08 GMT i'd say stick with JL and get a 13w6 but thats a little more than you want to spend i believe... you could try out a Fi Q, or check out some the HAXO series from elemental designs, though i don't know if they're geared for SQ or not...

Wednesday, May 21, 2008 - 02:40 GMT IDK if I'd call it great, but it's certainly good for SQL. It's definitely not a SQ sub though.

Thursday, May 22, 2008 - 20:27 GMT Thank you everyone for your oponion. I still have another week or two before i purchase so i have time to decide. I was also considering two smaller 15s. Does anyone know about the SQ of the RE SRs, or has anyone heard them. Also- is it possible to wire three SVC 4 or 8 ohm to 4 ohms-- i am also thinking aobut three 13w1v2s. Thank you
