Last night my viewsat ultra froze I turned it off and lost all the information. I put back the factory bin, the new bin, did a auto scan, a blind scan. I have most of the channels back but their are some, mostly PPV, that goes on auto roll or searching signal. What can I do?
what you had to do was write down antenna settings then do FACTORY RESET and scan channels back you do not do blind scan on vs ultra do auto scan now go ahead and write down antenna settings and do factory default do hard reboot make sure auto roll is on adjust antenna settings do AUTO scan for each satellte
African, I did what you instruct but still having problems. The transponder that is used in PR are echostar 7 and echostar 8,10. Some channels are duplicated. When I did on echostar 7 when finished said failed. Help?

try lnb > type single or standard lnb freq > 11250 tp req > 12224 22khz > off diseqc > port 1 motro > off legacy switch > off
