Nah, I don't think that you need to change your Pansat 9200HD's boot file to v8.0. Just simply download the latest bin for Pansat 9200HD and then you'll be able to watch TV.
As of now, there aren't any new bins for Pansat receivers. Please stay tuned for updates...
