The above is a myth perpetrated by people who themselves are not very familiar with using software. Linux used to be less user friendly than Windows, but now is not difficult to use. People who are interested in switching to Linux for their own desktops should look at the latest release of a Linux version with the interesting name of "Ubuntu", which with the addons available for free is better than and more versatile than Windows XP. Ignore any suggestion of "not user friendly", g with an open mind and you will like Linux, particularly Ubuntu. You can even get a free installation CD from the official site www.ubuntu.com/ |
