I think the transformer is gone can't find the short and really don't have the time to fix it, sucks. I changed everything out, scoped out perfect, nice waveform used it in-car for a week and a half. I went to turn it on the other day and it shut off again, funny thing is it never went into protect and it never smoked BUT it did take a whole set of power supply fets with it, again just plain tired ya know? Polo..

The SX needs to be sent in to Kicker for repair. I am good repairing amps but when it is coupled with digital electronics (DSP board) it tends to complicate stuff, not to mention A/B can be a PITA. BTW Chad I just want enough power, the CVL's Sound best on 200rms, they get really loud just the way I like it. It is like me running my IA40 on a 16v system, you really don't need all that power but it is sure nice having it when you are in the mood to bump the punks in front of you! :-O Polo.
