Neosat vs Nfusion

But I need some help with choosing between Neosat iPro 2000 Plus VS Nfusion Nova. I am interested in the channels on 61.5 Are those channels available with IKS on both receivers. The other thing I am concerned is most up time, what is the percentage for each of these receivers being up?, if down how long does it normally take to come back up. Thanks. Appreciate any help.

Neosat - better receiver with better PVR plus they are putting the final touches on an IKS+Cardless "hybrid" system.
