Monday, April 07, 2008 - 19:06 GMT just got my new AQ1200d amp in the mail, I pulled it out of the box and noticed it had 4 speaker inputs (2 neg and 2 pos.) how would I hook up my 2 4ohm DVC subs to get the 1 ohm power?

Monday, April 07, 2008 - 23:27 GMT Both + and both - are connected together in parallel inside the amp. Using one set or both makes absolutely NO difference as long as your speakers are wired to the correct impedance.

Tuesday, April 08, 2008 - 07:08 GMT " Dual monoblock* " NO, that would be two mono amps in one case, which this is not.

Saturday, April 12, 2008 - 22:48 GMT I have a question about my AQ1200! I got everything wired, and the system is working, but it is not being powered all the way. It's like the resistance is wrong or something. Ive tried wiring it in different ways but its still the same. Do I have to have both positive and negative terminals going to my subs?
