My question is: which file do I load and which loader do I use to bring this guy back? I do not have this type of receiver and I don't know how to load and the type of file. sorry and thanks for any help. |

Either b75 or PUFF or PUFF_ LMZA http://public.box.net/2500_full_kit You must select whether you want to have the old b75 files or PUFF files or PUFF_LMZA FILES. If you have b75 boot, you must convert to PUFF boot to use PUFF BINs or PUFF_LMZA BOOT to use LMZA BINs. Read the instructions properly in the section you have chosen. Silver Member Username: LuserPost Number: 165 Registered: Nov-07 | It's my understanding their is two types each require its own specific boot file. b75 is the older and destroys channel list and settings with each new bin whereas puff does not. If the word puff is displayed on startup its puff else not. If not you apparently must convert back to 2500 then to puff using specific convert back kit. Anyone can cornfirm this is correct? |

P-U-F-F scrolling - PUFF Boot but no satisfactory BIN yet. P-U-F-F. Note the period after F. - PUFF_LZMA Boot. Rests for a long time on F. |

Either you download from this special url http://public.box.net/2500_full_kit and unzip and read and you will know which file to use and what to do. The kit was designed to help through every level of conversion - pre, during and post and near future. 2. or, you go and look at system info and give us that info and somebody here can narrow down to name the BIN file for you. You will still have to get the file from somewhere and the above URL has separate zipped files for BINs only. |
