U must have 2 LNBs on dish...both must be aligned correctly...and U must input corresponding antenna settings into the receiver..and scan the satellites, upload the latest file, reboot the receiver and let keys autoroll..

humberto: Copy the Antenna settings from the working receivers to the non-working receivers. Then do Blind or power scan.

DiseqC switch may be messed up. Have you checked the switch to make sure it works? Also, make sure all cables are connected properly and that none are cut or damaged.

try to run the lnb directly to your box, so you know you have the right bird or perhaps cable problem.

good luck.

Scanning of Echo 7 and Echo 8,10 is sometimes an exact ask depending upon the LNBs used.
1. Disconnect in antenna setting everything except 119W (echo 7). If the two are coming separately to the Switch and the switch is easily accessed, then disconnect physically the one for 110W - make sure your receiver power is off at the time
2. Now after ascertaining everything in the antenna setup for Echo 7, do a Blind scan.
3. With receiver off, disconnect 119 in a way similar to instructions 1 above and connect 110W (Echo 8,10) physically and in antenna setup as it should be. Switch on and scan the 110W. For this particular scan you may want to use DeseqC port as "none" instead of the setting you have - try it both ways if necessary.
4. Switch off and reconnect the 119W.
5. Connect and scan the other sats as required.

Hope it works for you. It must be very frustrating.
