You haven't said what dish you have what sats you were scanning and what BIN you installed using what loader.
If details are given somebody might have a solution for you.

3) Connect from PC to REC with DB9 straight cable.
4) Keep your receiver off. DON NOT TURN THE RECEIVER ON FROM THE BACK SWICH.
5) Press Send button on BLACKLIST STB UPDATER 1.3a
5) Then turn your receiver on from the back swich within 5 secound.
6) Wait until download completed. DON NOT TOUCH ANYTHING UNTIL YOU SEE MESSAGE (Completed)
7) DO NOT LET THE RECEIVER TO RESTART BY IT SELF.
8) After you see message completed, Swich off back button on the back of the receiver right away.

It appears that you have installed an original Pansat 2700 BIN on a converted receiver. Those BINs have a clone killer in it and that would do what you have got.
You may have to jtag, but you could try a jtagless method and see if it will work.
the instructions in the Rever to 2500 or boot60 subdirectory in one of the three kits that are posted.
You will have to download the kit and unzip into a separate directory, and then force a b60 boot. Instead of th eusual instructions, you may have to do this.
Get ready to write Boot file (not BIN file) with b60 boot selected.
Then with receiver off, almost simultaneously you switch on and click on "write "
It may work. Otherwise you are in for a jtag - jtag cable and software etc needed.
The site to go for info

Sorry - I did not post the link to this public box.

http://public.box.net/2500_full_kit

In the b75 section in the full-kit when unzipped the directory is revert to 2500. Instuctions are there.

In the PUFF section it is called b60 or boot 60 directory. Read the instructions.

These smaller receivers due to lack of memory just get stuck on stupid and need to be turned off in the back for a minute. Always try that first before anything else.

As I stated before, there is a small chance that repeated trials using forced b60 load onto the receiver might work.
There are two more kits available but they are of a similar nature to the ones I described earlier. They both work well if there is light but not likely to work if there is no light.

There is no point in asking repeatedly for help. I have pointed to all the available tools without jtag. I have given the explanation why it occurred. If everything else fails, you have to get jtag cable and instructions. The URL given above by Sada is for a Pansat 3500. ebay usually has all different jtag cables advertised. You need the one for fortec ultra - the Pansat 2500 jtag cable might be OK, but you should now spend time reading about jtagging at:

Read in the fortec ultra, Pansat 2500 and Pansat clone sections. You will have to decide if you can justify the cost.
