I can't my signal strength to go up?

Your Diseqc currently off, put the correct number 1, 2, 3 or 4 whichever is applicable. Sat 2 & 3, LNB type is Dish-pro, make sure you have Dish-pro or standard LNB. Make sure you change them to currect LNB type also check your Diseqc numbers that you have to check physically. Otherwise rest of your settings look ok. Good luck.
