Purchase HD Receiver & HD Dish set-up Question

I was hoping to find one that will not require hardware upgrade and the HD module is already built in. Of course software/bin support is also a main concern. - As far as the dish is concern; Do I need to upgrade my dish or current setting is good enough (currently I have dish pro 500 pointing to 110, 119, 121) Does anyone know of a thread or website where I can read about HD receiver and HD dish setup please? Any thoughts/input/pointers is greatly appreciated
