I have done blind scan, however shows channels but no information and keep searching signal on most of the channels. it does show few channels about 20% I say.
RVM try it: All viewsat box Go to Code menu Select Nagra and on Dish 01 06 00 Dish 00 01 00 dish 01 01 00 Delete this 3 provider with F3 on remote switch off 10 secs on back panel and load last bin for your box turn autoroll on Keep on Bin and autoroll regenerete keys Resolve problem with lost channel , autoroll and search signal
Thats erase bad data in the box For box who lost channel and sat setup ENJOY TV

U cannot confuse somebody by telling the FACTS!......but U can by telling him about deleting keys which has nothing to do with his problem..
I find it amusing that every morning...U , nalin, and pulp, magically appear and bash me all at about the same time..and U all post ridiculous things..thats any newbie should know is not "satellite" intelligent..
Jayson i explaine it again for you When we do a factory reset and put new bin all info on sat and channel stay in box in what we call a eeprom eeprom function is keep data info who was not clear except if it is ask by a command by a program or other way. When you delete provider you command to delete this data info (bad or good) and with new bin it replace two provider nagra 1 and nagra 2 and the third provider is created by autoroll, that why you have three provider for dish. In the past a bad bin give a virus in box and this virus attack with delay on different system like remote, freeze, lost channel. Note i'm automate programmer. I have surch (because this symptome is on my box) how delete and really restore my box, because, like i said in top, i notice this problem come back everytime. That what i found. I dont know why coders dont see that. But it work and it work fine. I know, some here try to destroye this solution because he dont understand how box work in the microcontroller who manage the box. i just recived new viewsat ultra 2000 i need help with setting it up bin flile with using usb, is thier anything i need to do about satelite set up?, i read manual, i get sound on some channel no pictuer, i also like to have hindi channel. help please
You have to set up the antenna and Scan. VIEWSAT ULTRA is not happy with a Blind scan, so use Advanced scan. You would do well joining a forum like [link removed] or [link removed] There are detailed files and instructions and formalised discusion.
Found missing channels viewsat. It had mistaken many vertical tp's as horizontal. Quick fix in channel scan menu with network search off reverse polarity of any tp not picking up channels then hit scan each individually.
