Silver Member Username: DeadrabitPost Number: 254 Registered: Jun-07 | so i am getting closer to having the money to get 2 18 FI BLs. but as i got to thinking.. with a MD3D 2K merlin amp and as much room that i have in my car i could get like 8 12inch subs from walmart for aobut the same price. i know that they are not the best ever but i have seen a vid of a guy getting over 160 db with 4 of them on youtube.. don't ask me how that happened. just thought i would see what u guys idea on the who thing. it would have a bit more sub area with the 12s but would 8 of them even hold up to anything that FI has??? keep in mind i just want SPL |
