With this special LNB, you can get BOTH 118 and 119 at the same time! Works with both Free-to-Air and Original DN Receivers! Requires: 30-inch or larger dish Compatible with DirecTV, Free-to-Air (DiSEqC, 22KHz), and legacy switches (SW21, SW44, etc) Not compatible with DishPro switches and/or DishPro (stacked) LNB's SPECS Polarization: Circular Input Frequency: 11.70 - 12.75 GHz LO Frequency: 10.750 GHz Noise: 0.3 dB Dual-output (ready for 1 or 2 receivers) SETUP INSTRUCTIONS Using a 30-inch or larger dish, aim with the following settings: Satellite Name: 118°W (Anik F3) or 119°W (Echo7) LNB Type: Standard (or Single) LO Frequency: 10750 or 10600 MHz Finally, do an AUTO SCAN or a BLIND SCAN For some the following settings may work better or give you more channels: LNB Type: Universal LO Frequency: 9750 MHz HI Frequency: 11250 MHz ALTERNATIVE SETUP If there are any missing channels, MANUALLY scan them in. You can refer to the channel list at Lyngsat.c*om To add Anik F3 Antenna Setup A) Scroll to Edit TP/Satellite press (OK) B) Scroll to bottom you will see the word NEW press (OK) C) On this board highlite one character at a time and press (OK) when you finish entering these characters, if it looks like this Anik F3/Ku ..press (OK)should be at the bottom next to del. next you will see this. Down Frequency Symbol Rate Polarity Pull up.....http://www.lyngsat.com/anikf3.html here you will find all the TPs for Anik F3. If you don't have a HD Receiver don't bother entering the TPs outline in green. I will post the first TP for you. Then, while in this window: Press F1 for Add User TP Enter: TP freQ: 11715...S/R: 20000...Pol: V...FEC: 7/8 Exit and then Save. Now go to Auto Scan: Auto Scanning all available TP Freqs and Channels from 118.7 (121W): Echo 9 should be selected, Scroll down and start Scan. You should now have over 123 Channels if your dish is 24" or larger. I recommend FTAview and marketrealm and completefta,... all smaller, more friendly and always open...I do like the scrolling banner and chat box at ftaview, and the easy to navigate features...I think if they had a chat room, that would be be the icing on the cake.. |
