Now there are two.
Star Plus is currently a regular channel on Echo 3 (61.5W) at TP 12324 or 12323 H - Channel 601. It was there yesterday but it seems to have disappeared.
The other channel is Star One, which was in experimental stage yesterday on TP 12414 H, with
Video -4898, Audio 4899, and PCR 4898 settings.
As of now both these seem to have disappeared from the converted receiver I just tested on.
somebody else might be able to answer you as to what has happened, as I am unable to do any testing and tweaking for the next 8 hours or so.

Star Plus is now Ch 716 on Echo 3 (61.5W)
TP 12329 H SR 20,000
If you don't have this TP, add it and then do a TP scan leaving the other parameters on Auto.
Star One is said to be at 12416, but I have not found it yet.
