New member Username: Uc2itPost Number: 1 Registered: Jun-08 | I will try and hide my utter disgust regarding this problem. About 3 years ago, my F-350 was crushed when Hurricane Katrina went by. I bought another one off eBay and flew to Milwaukee to get it. I probably overpaid and have maintained insurance, but never bothered to register it or get it's plates. Almost 100% of the time, this truck will not start. The factory alarm from Ford arms and disarms fine. I have the owners manual on this pursuit series alarm, but I've tried disabling it and bypassing it using every possible method described in the owners manual. The starter turns, but I think my fuel pump is being disabled. I now desperately need to use the vehicle, but this abomination of an alarm system has me stuck. We live too far to tow it to a service shop, so I'm desperately seeking help here. It has an up and down toggle switch and a spring loaded button, to the left of the steering column. Being a disabled Viet Vet, I'm also limited slightly in mobility but I have a good mind.
