3500SD is up and running with BIN 369. All channels on 110, 119, & 61.5 are working fine except for those only on TP 12326 for 110. I have no idea why. Hard boot done. Any suggestion why the channels have "no signal" (0%) for TP 12326 (110). I am puzzled. Same issue anyone? Thnx.

0% means that the transponder has been shut down and the channels have been moved to another transponder. Is your autoTP feature turned on?

If autoTP is on (sometimes it doesn't work 100%) then delete all of your channels and rescan on all sats.

Actually TP 12326 is TP 8 on echo 8, the 110 sat...and consists of the following PPV channels..just rescan that TP..

Other sats, 119 & 61.5, are working just fine. Even 110 is except except for channels related to TPs 12297, 12326, & 12443.

Jason - On 3500SD, where do I find auto TP feature? I can't find it.

LK - I've checked both Lyng and DishChannelChart. Channels have not moved to another TP. Also, I can't do TP scan because there is no signal.

If U are missing channels on 3 TP's, it sounds to me like ya never had them...and the dish isn't aligned correctly...or dish moved..

disconnect switch...and do a default reset and do seperate sat scans...if ya don't get em then, U will know its an alignment issue...otherwise, its a receiver antenna setting issue or bad cable/connection issue

LK - I had them channels 'til Thursday. Last night I noticed they had "no signal". What I don't understand is that other than those three TPs, everything is fine on 110. It is also running great for 119 & 61.5. Which means that there is no alignment issue. I'll delete 110 channels and rescan it to see if I can get them back. Thanks. I'll post results later.

ive had the same trouble on 12443
lost channels after rescan but it probably is just alignment, i used to have to physically adjust for quality before just to get chans after 516 all other tps are like 100 % quality and those are like 65 -74%

zak - I don't think it's the alignment. 110 channels are working just fine other than channels associated with TPs I have mentioned. Other TPs on 110 have level of 85-90%. 119 & 61.5 running great.

I am having the same problem with Transponder 13 on echo 119? Most all transponders are working (90-99%) Quality, but when I go to Transponder 13 I get 0% quality.

CJ, all satellites do not necessarily broadcast on all transponders. Try transponder 1 on 119 and see what you get.

...as the switch decays it cancels certain frequencies

Missing some TP's and channels is all about dish alignment, and cables and connections, and performing scans..nothing else..
