How to get Starplus on Viewset ultra- stepwise

Echo 3? I tried and I get failed scan. do you hit 5666 then ok then 5667 then ok and 5666 then ok or do you enter all 3 numbers then hit okay ?? After I put in 12239 20000 H 5/6, I hit F4 and I see 8192, 8192, 8192. Please help. Any help would be much appreciated.
