They know after a certain number of units sold, they won't be able to make money, so they introduce a new product line to make money. The delayed files are to discourage Pansat owners and force them to buy from newly introduced units. Anyway, I think my pansat has paid off more than my expectations, I'm scrapping it now and going for sonicview this time, because Viewsat will have the same situation soon..... Is Sonicview a good buy or should consider Captive Works or any other? Suggestions? Thanks! |

Im going to upgrade now to the higher up viewsats. |

Every post here says they will buy a different receiver and not a new pansat. That's why they lost me as a customer when the 2500 stopped being supported by them. People should buy new receivers because of features, not because they are forced to as it seems Pancrap is doing. |

I wonder how many of you ever heard of what GM did to all the OnStar Customers on January 1 this year.. They ditched 500,000 people that had OnStar assuming they want to keep it they can buy a new GM Vehicle or they can do without (all because those 500,000 customers had a analog system in their vehicle and needed analog service to work, they didn't even offer an upgrade kit for even as much as $5,000 lol) Wonder what company is next? Pansat - not even giving us a warning maybe? |

Just wondering. I know that doesn't work with the gas price issue, because everyone HAS to have it. However, this is not the case with FTA. People could live without buying receivers for a month or two. |
