Bronze Member Username: SchinnerPost Number: 66 Registered: May-07 | i have a zx 750.1 birthsheet has it pushing much more than 750 rms....around 850-900rms if i remember correctly, it should push those 12 cvrs and yes if they are the dvc 4 ohms you wont be able to wire them to a 2 ohm load....you wont be able to use the full power of the amp. |

Post Number: 5859 Registered: Feb-06 | yes, one sub can be wired to 2ohm. a pair of dual 4ohm subs though can't. as explained already. go to www.jlaudio.com, they have a wiring wizard for you to use. just get an amp that'll do 800-1000wrms at 1ohm and wire the pair to 1ohm and you'll be set. personally, i'd get a sundown sae1000d. $300 shipped from dealer, great little amp, nice warranty and customer service. can't go wrong with it. order here if interested, www.kluvkustoms.com. very nice customer service there and fast shipping. |
