Friday, February 08, 2008 - 17:11 GMT at the moment I have a 9515 on 3000 rms I was wondering which would be louder my 1 9515 or 2 3510's on 3000rms? Also which will sound better? Hit a larger variety of notes? And hit lower? Thanks

Friday, February 08, 2008 - 17:16 GMT depends on how you set it up snarl. but for cleaner sound i'd go with the 35 series. i used to have the 95 series and they are spl. i've heard a pair of 3510s in tuan's crx and they sounded pretty good. even though it was setup for spl.

Friday, February 08, 2008 - 17:17 GMT oh btw incase some of you may ask "chad, if he was setup for spl then he just burped his car so how can you say it sounded good?" he entered the bass race as well with that setup for fun. so i got to hear music out of it.

Friday, February 08, 2008 - 17:41 GMT ya I love of. What I want to do is idealy get a smaller box to save room that's why I was thinking about the 3510s but I don't want to loose much is any output. If anything I was hopnf they would be louder. But I don't mind how the 9515 sounds I kinda like it. The the sound difference big between a 9515 and a 3510

Friday, February 08, 2008 - 18:31 GMT The 9515 is not SPL only, trust me I have one. It's not an SQ sub by any means but neither is the 35s. The 95s do lack low end, so do the 35s but not as much.

I don't have a problem on the lower end and you guys forget that a speaker needs to be able to move fast enough to keep up with the beat or music and DD subs are known for their fast attack which translates into good and clean SQ.

Saturday, February 09, 2008 - 13:53 GMT I've heard tht the 2500 series has the best low end/ sq out of the dd series except for their sq sub the 9100 or something like tht.
