Help With Cooltec Reciever

However a friend of mine has a multistar cootec and we do not know how to fix the scrambelled channel problem. can someone please help me. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

The latest is: COOLTEC_164_20080201.zip available at: [link removed] As of now this will only work for DN. Also get the loader and instructions from there. Do not use genuine C00LSAT BINs.
