Sada, I have Superdish with 118/119 repoint kit. Currently I am getting 110/118/119/129 with it. I am not using FTA lnbs. As for my system, I have Dish 510 w/rom102 and a Skywalker-1 hooked up to my PC to get HD from Dish and of course using DVB Dream which is the only software that will let you get H.264 channels.
Check your lnb frequecy. I am sure this is why you aren't getting channels of 118.

118.75'w anik F3 = circular lnb, standard = 10750
119'w echo 7 = circular lnb standard = 11250
