Monday, January 28, 2008 - 01:48 GMT Hardware store should have what you need....... pick up a stripped screw remover if ya don't have one also. You may want to take the amp with you so you can try different screws and find out what thread you need.........

Monday, January 28, 2008 - 01:59 GMT well I pulled the screws out, they weren't totally stripped...I was just gonna take em up there and compare em to the screws at the hardware store.

Monday, January 28, 2008 - 03:31 GMT if your replacing them, consider allen head. Makes it look meaner.

Monday, January 28, 2008 - 18:21 GMT what do the allen heads look like Marc? like for an allen wrench? hey M.S., if my amp is rated at 3x40(120amps), would a 100amp power fuse work just fine or should I get something smaller/bigger?

Monday, January 28, 2008 - 19:03 GMT The amplifier is irrelevant, the fuse is based on the wire gauge. 125 amp is the ideal fuse for 4 gauge wire. Since your amp can draw 120 amp, you need 120-125 amp fuse.

Monday, January 28, 2008 - 19:05 GMT BTW do NOT put a fuse bigger than 125 amp in 4 gauge wire. That is the maximum.

Monday, January 28, 2008 - 19:43 GMT Thanks M.S., I should be using that size fuse no matter what then, for 4 gauge, right? if the fuse is to small, then technically is my amp not putting out the rec. specs with just a 100amp fuse on it?

Tuesday, January 29, 2008 - 00:36 GMT It will just blow the fuse when you crank it if you use the 100. It wont like cap the amp from putting out more power, the fuse will just overload and blow. You can prolly run it with that fuse until you get a bigger one. I ran a 60 amp fuse to my amp with 80's (4ga too) and it took 2 months to go out.
