I recently purchased a 96 Jetta, there were some dash lights inop so replaced a fuse that I had found blown, when I put the new one in the stereo went into "safe". My wife took it to the dealer to get the code, they tried to enter it and now the stereo is completely dead, not even flashing safe... I tried to pull it out to see if something is disconnected but cannot figure out how to get it out.
