Files at crazyfta are directly from future-fta, why do you have to interfere in someone elses business? YOu get mad when people do that to the threads and posts that you start.
lolol: The files at future-fta.info can be accessed and downloaded faster than at any other site. If, as you admit, crazyfta site is "a business", it is providing inferior service compared to the parent site of Pansat. I have to bring it to the notice of the people who come to Ecoustics. Please remember that Ecoustics is an independent site and does not support any particular FTA site for files. Then there is the question of reliability. At least one of the customers at crazyfta has started a complaints thread. Considering that there are about 100 or so active FTA sites for files, I can recall only six that have had similar complaints against them in the last 18 months. That coming within a month of starting the site is BAD. You do need to do some house cleaning if you are one of the owners or Mods there. A business can only flourish if it constantly watches its quality and price (price in time in this case) and has a very understanding and sympathetic "customers service" department. The reaction to the customer complaint has been anything but "understanding and sympathetic" towards the customer as exemplified by the responses of the mods in the thread.
Nalin, you are not serious about a complaint are you. if you followed that thread closely,you would have noticed for yourself that the person was lying, you are intelligent, that was false accusation
If he was lying, you should have asked him questions that would have exposed the lie, if any. You should understand what I am talking about. We all have had occasion to complain at a big department store and know the level of service.
With the competition in the files download market, you have to be sharper then the others in spotting all your weaknesses. With the competition also from the wholsaler (future-fta) you have to give people some reason to come to your shop to buy your service or product.
It is tough times for the FTA sites since the two big wholesalers started their direct-to-customer drive-by service. There will be more mud-slinging between FTA sites. I hope your business plan has anticipated it.

I would not try any new web site for files and why should I since they are available at well reputed sites and I never had a single problem with any of my receivers.

simple try to access the page when the shitt hits the fan.again common sense will tell you if you have 10,000 people trying to acess the same page it would take your longer to get the file.perfect example ftabins is another great site.its just like crazyfta a second hand site that offers files quickly.
We dont need to ask him questions, he proved himself with his own statements....aren't these statements good enough to prove that he was lying.....and by the way I am not a mod and/or supermod there...just another satisfied member and will support the site till the end...

thanks for the feedback, all I was doing is trying to prove the fact that product and services are good at crazy its just one trouble maker at ecoustics who is trying to balme the site and I have proven my point.
So if you see someone post something bad about the site you can do a favour and say that jeb is wrong and the site is right instead of writing a professional letter.
