Tuesday, January 08, 2008 - 15:18 GMT That what I thought.. I suppose maybe you are thinking about sets that also have like an 8" midbass? That'd be a 3 way set. $60 or less a pair? The only you can get with that really is coaxials unless you want some top of the line Pyle comps.

Tuesday, January 08, 2008 - 20:12 GMT You should know that it's better to save now and get the better a little later on down the road. Unless you have nothing, in that case I would do it.

Wednesday, January 09, 2008 - 00:15 GMT WTF is the question again? Compnents have a tweeter for highs and a midrange driver for mids....... then your sub handles the bass.

Wednesday, January 09, 2008 - 04:17 GMT Hahahaha so do 2 ways...... the bigger speaker is the midrange/midbass driver. In a 3 way system you have tweeter, midrange, and midbass drivers. 2 way is plenty for car audio. Component speakers don't do "lows". Even the best components don't do well below ~70 hz due simply to their small size. That's why you need sub(s).
