What does RMS mean?
all i can find on google is that its used in the travel industry. can y'all help
i know i sound like a dumb*** for asking this!!!

RMS stands for Root Mean Square. It actually doesn't apply to power, so watts RMS doesn't really exist; it's used in place of average, or continuous power. RMS voltage and current are another storey.
