Friday, January 11, 2008 - 19:45 GMT go to a car audio shop and ask if they have a mic...either an AC or a TL...testing usually is inexpensive

Friday, January 11, 2008 - 19:51 GMT AC mic's are not accurate........ the only way to accurately measure DB is with a TL (TermLab) meter. The cheap DB meters out there are so inaccurate it ain't even funny.........

Friday, January 11, 2008 - 19:52 GMT Or just wait till a local car comp is going down and pay the $20 registration fee, get a free shirt and a chance to win something! That's how I did my 1st comp (wanted to see my DB) and I love em now, so much fun. I hit 139.8db with a pair of type R's running off some Sony Xplod amp...lol, Iive come a long way since then!!

Friday, January 11, 2008 - 20:00 GMT Should be? I happen to enjoy my Type R. Gets the job done for me nicely. Also, I've had it for 2.5 years so it is obviously built better than Sony.

Friday, January 11, 2008 - 21:57 GMT Haha yeah, it was my 1st system though, which was not bad compared to some that I have read about. Now I run Helix, premier and RD, so it's all good now.

Saturday, January 12, 2008 - 08:05 GMT No way brad, your judgment is completely false. You failed to reject the null hypothesis.

Saturday, January 12, 2008 - 08:20 GMT Well... I considered the null hypothesis in my findings, but you cannot forget to include the digilog dynamication effects from the reflective pentacular. Therefore I stand by my initial estimate of 112 dB.

Saturday, January 12, 2008 - 08:26 GMT But when you divide log10 by 12, you would get the initial reflective pentacular, but then you realize the db score has room for a scalar error so i stand by 110db.

Saturday, January 12, 2008 - 08:29 GMT No but Nick, if you divide log 10 by 12, then the initial reflective pentacular is not applicable to the scalar error because the parabolic prosecution divides that number by .004. Therefore, my finding of 113.9276 dB is quite accurate.

Saturday, January 12, 2008 - 08:39 GMT The factor you are forgetting is that my 110db anally raped your 113.9276db by a 3.9276db margin. It's simple geoalgecaltrigapotimus.
