Any of you that have experience with the FI Q subs, I need opinions to get either a 10" or a 12". The 10" i can put it in a ported box, but the 12" I can only put it in a sealed box. So which would be louder? Ill probably give it either 800watts or 1600watts.
x's 2 on the sealed 12". I have heard alot how the Q's still get pretty loud sealed. Also, if you ever do get the space, then you can port the 12". I own a pair of 15's and love them
What bout if I get the 12" with the BP option? Cant I power it with 1600watts then? My amp can do 800 watts at 4 ohms or 1600 watts at 1 ohm so the q will be gettin either power. So the 12" sdealed should be louder than the 10" Ported? I cant do 12" ported due to the space I have.
