Ok, Me Ta, I did that but nothing changed.

The sats I'm using are these:

Echo 1.2ku, 3ku, 4ku, 9/T-13ku, 7ku, and 8.10ku
DirTV 1,2,4ku

I'm not sure what other "setup" information you need.

Thanks

Bandida : You have very poor understanding of Sat reception.
Most Dishes will have one or two LNBs to receive onr or two Sats. There are some newer dishes which will get 5 sats, but we are not deling with that when you say you have a DN 500. That dish is capable of and usually receivers 119W and 110W. You CANNOT HAVE "Echo 1.2ku, 3ku, 4ku, 9/T-13ku, 7ku, and 8.10ku DirTV 1,2,4ku" on that one dish.

When you go to Antenna setup you will see all those Dishes and you will also be able to connect then in software and see signal, but that is only related to the Sat you are pointing to.

Again, you can only scan a maximum of two sats with Dish 500

We need to know the numbering on your LNBs to help further.

Yeah, I know I have a poor understanding of Sat reception. That's why I'm here asking for help, because I don't know what I'm doing, but trying to learn.

bandida the way to fix your problem is to turn disque to none on both echo7 and echo 8,then scan again.
