CS 4000 HELP!!!!!!!!!

I pull up loader, go to browse pull up the unzipped file then press connect. I promps me to connect reciever and turn it on. But I get no feed-back or % movement. Is there something I am doing wrong. Any info is greatly appreciated. Its been very boring! Thanks,
