Vs platinum lite problem

I have a plat lite everytime i create favorites and add channels after a little while they would be gone I can not choose the fav when pressing the button i can not even go back scan again. can anyone please help me with this

This BIN will last a few more hours. New BIN incorporating BEV should hopefully correct your problems.

OK I will say it to you like this. The plat has never worked as it should when you try to make a channel list with favorites by using the receiver to do so.

I have had much better luck useing OSDEdit 1.6 - Channel Editor to do that. You can get OSDEdit 1.6 - Channel Editor from [link removed]


what you do is useing the loader program get the channel list from the receiver to the computer. Then use the OSDedit program to edit the list, make fav's all that...then install the channel list back to the receiver after your done...


Thats how I do it and have had great luck. Their is another popular program called channel ,master but it is not viewsat friendly...it does the same thing as OSDEdit so just use it.

You should go and make your channel list so you will have it to put in after you update next time...like in my guide

Thanks but i can not download it from the stb to pc via serial. it does not connect when adding new bin to stb all i had to do was keep the receiver off and then start the upload to stb then turn on the reciever but this trick did not work when i tried it from stb to pc
