the remote of my captive works 600 p has strange [problem it some time works and most time do not, i put new battries still same thing there is no light , any one has same problem. this unit is new . any help.
try to put in the battries back word for 15 min then but back the right way this will recharg the remote hope it works for you if not by the new cw universoul remote for i think 25 dollers looks nicer then the one that came with the box with the new remot you do not have to point it at the box it works good
Remote control is universal one. Make shore,if you wont to use for your receiver, press STB button, and then try. Pressing STB button you should get red light on that button. that means your batteries are O.K.
