Only reason i see is cuzz they protecting SSA. Also on a note not all customers they will ever have be 100% satisfied in any buisiness and for them saying that to me, makes all unsatified customers before or after look stupid and like liars. I gave my feed back and thats' that. Also like i mentioned before he sold the amp for his friend, I don't think he knew it but his friend i can say does probably does, This wasn't a item i could purchase off SSA either and i left the feedback Correctly as explained as possible, Also i know how to hook my equipment up, rather than getting charge 50$ a pop here, never, no,no,no. I Don't beleive i should be taunted by their kind of speaking after i left my feedback in the appropriate place. That ffeedback was just a feedback, I accepted the situation i'm in, I didnt demand a refund or called him names... I just said what i said. THE END.

not trying to take their side...but maybe it is some install issues or bad grounding, rem wire, etc? not saying that is a problem, but it could be a possibility seeing as how both amps are acting the same way. I also don't think the owner of a company would screw you no matter how large their positive customer pool is.

just my .02

Yeah. By NO MEANS am I calling you incompitent of an install but maybe you should have somone look over it. Small things are always the easiest to overlook. Ive done it a few times and because I missed something, I thought the product was messed up

Wiring and all is not an issued because the other amps i tested was fine with the same setups and subs, rewired everything and hours of rechecking, also wiring is not a problem for me since im not noob on that part.
More importantly Yea i'm done with this dispute, contacted him and kindly replyed about the problem and basically said don't worry about it anymore and good-bye. It's my b-day today and the new years coming don't need any stress.

Try this torn to be on safe side. Replace your RCA's and double check your grounds. Maybe that will help. Sorry you are having these issues.
