Does it blow when it goes on, or when you really start cranking it up?

What are the blowing fuses rated for?

Is it your inline fuse? (basing it on the fact he said Fuse, and the amp has 3 fuses i think?)
If its the fuse under the hood, then prolly too small of power wire. What guage do you have and how many feet?

Explain why too light of a power wire would cause a fuse to blow, please.

If you have too small of a wire, wont that be less efficient, and cause you to pull more current throughout the wire than needed? Therefore overloading the fuse and blowing it if thats the case.
He also might have too small of a fuse under the hood, not disagreeing with you, i'm just stating another possible issue.

Nah, it won't draw more current. It can only carry less. He very well may have too small of a fuse lol. We need an answer to help, however. Where is this dude?

Can amperage be lost in heat, or a hot wire? I found this calculator once and was playing with it, and I noticed everytime I added more feet of wire on, or dropped the ga of wiring, the amperage pull was increased.

Maybe im confusing amperage and voltage.

Voltage is the energy possessed by electrons, amperage is the speed the electrons travel. Hmm. Got a link to the calculator?

Ya need a bigger fuse...... 4 gauge wire can have a max fuse size of 125 amps. Get a fuse as close to that as possible but not larger.
