I purchased a Sony LCD Projection TV model number KDF-60XBR950 a little over a three years ago. I have replaced the lamp five times and the Optical block once a little over a year ago and the blue blob that will eventually take over the whole screen is coming back. Sony customer service has been no help what so ever. The only thing Sony has done is send me one lamp because it was still under warranty. I understand that Sony is willing to pay for Optical Blocks but the models they are willing to pay for is not my model number. I need to know who at Sony and at what number I need to call to get this resolved. Any help will be greatly appreciated, I am tired of pumping more money into this lemon!!
