I need to put a system in my 1999 Suburban. I would like to use the factory head unit, componet speakers and 1 or 2 subs. I would like to use only one amp. I have a PPI 4800 4 channel amp and a MTX RT2400 2 channel amp I could use. I also have 2 Memphis 12" studio subs. Should I use one of these amps or should I buy one of those 5 or 6 channel amps.

you should use the 2 amps you got. It isn't hard to wire up 2 amps
I used the 2 amps in my van. I used the PPI for the mids and highs and the MTX for the 2 Memphis 12" subs. This worked great but in the suburban I thought I could save space by only using one. What do you think about those PPI 6 channel amps?
