I have 2400 channels here from 18 sat's most working "in the clear" all the time every day. Go watch a movie while the coders work on a fix your receiver and stop being so ungrateful for what you have.  |

My receiver was rebooting alot as well with the older bin.The coders work very hard to fix sometimes small bugs that some of us might not have noticed with the release of each new bin. Thier is also aways people just receiving a shipment of a new receiver or maybe lost the newest bin on their computer or even maybe has not had the spare time yet to download it..That is why the newest bin no matter if it fixes every channel will always be available at total so all users can obtain the newest bin |

These boxes, if relying on the internet to stay working, will have an ip addy. Or the box it is connected to will. Has to. U are right, no one in ten years has knocked on someones door with an ip addy for these... how long have they been out?? If people keep buying these, they soon will! U can bet on that. People have had their doors knocked on for other illegal activity using an ip addy. MANY TIMES!! MANY VARIOUS REASONS! Not only are u doing something illegal, but using the net makes it worse. Bottom line... if ur ip is sent and recorded at whatever site is required to use theses boxes, u WILL be in trouble one day. They WILL start looking into these if the number of units get high. |

They promote their product by offering free legal tv(technically not free Yukon, but still cheaper in long wrong run compared to the 120 a month I was paying for cable) They know that the majority of their profit is from ppl using it the questionable wey, however I live in Canada and I know ppl who use it the way it is intended to be used and that is watching the actual free to air broadcasts. I think if you ask FTA TESTER, he is watching fta broadcasts on some of his billion satellites. |

They're using a "brute force" approach, and while it does take about 10 seconds for a channel to lock in, it IS working. That's right...WORKING ON PPV, PON, and PREMIUMS! Also, as stated in a post last week, the timer value keeps changing, you can see it happen watching the Open Cam run. Timer value changes every 10 to 15 seconds. Their EMU is working, delivering proper control words, so in fact many are watching TV right now. The Linux based stuff requires less horse power to process, but it IS defeatable for non Linux boxes. Give em some time, Coders will come through (as usual) and the game will continue. |
