Hello I was a fta user for years but got away from the hobby but want to get back in. I had a Pansat previously.Which box should I go with? I plan on using small dish...so I am open to suggestions ...where would you recommed to buy? A few sites have closed hat I purchased from before.Thank You
I am a huge fan of the Viewsat platiumn it can be won on ebay "buy it now" for $130 shipped now.
The viewsat works about the same as a pansat with one BIG HUGE IMPORTANT feature not found in pansat's.
The Viewsat can ID The sat its antenna is pointed at making installing easer and everday use more enjoyable.
I always suggest users to try to get receiver, 31" dish, motor, and the QPH-031 lnb like I have here. That way you can receive all sat's. In times like now with most of DN and all of BEV not working I still have 100's and 100's of channels to watch.
For a complete system it is around $300 ebay prices if you get the plat light a great starter receiver.
