yeah its true..... just now, even the regular dn channels on 110 & 119 are going-off one by one..........food/diy/hgtv etc etc all i get is bad/scrambled channel.. so what sort of ecm is this .... can somebody re-confirm this????? i'm not talking about ppv/int'l bev is completely black since last nite...
