Silver Member Username: Tc_skierPost Number: 199 Registered: Oct-06 | no, you won't. when you're going with speakers that are high end (400-500 a set), you'll be fine with a single set. they'll be plenty loud for you. i have CDT's with 2 SI Mag's and they're awesome. they aren't harsh at all, the midrange is really smooth, and they extend plenty low for my tastes. those focal's can be very bright. with that budget, first of all, skip the Hex's and XR's. the ZR's are next up in JL's line. they're nice, but there's nicer for the coin. there's a lot of options but i would look around. what type of sound are you aiming for? |
