factory reset recvr.

do blind scan

read stb

edit stb read.

save

write back to stb.

remember when you factory reset recvr you will lose your current channel list. make sure you have a back up. also cant guarantee you wont have the same problem again trying to write your backup or newly edited channel list. this is just what i would do.

Runtime error, has nothing to do with the receiver this is a programming error, its comes from the channel master, not from the receiver.

Download another version of CM, or right click on the exe file ansd put compatibility mode to Windows 98, sometimes the XP or new VISTA are incompatible with some software.
