Yea...I installed one of those and they're decent amps. Just make sure not to send it a clipped signal from a head unit because it will fry. Anyhow, I installed one of those amps paired up with CTMike's TC-9 and it gets pretty loud in a 2003 Monte Carlo for being a single 12 on 1k rms. For the money it's not a bad amp, how much are you paying by the way?

and how would the head unit give it a clipped signal. sorry im a noob.

if you turn the volume up too much. just because the volume can go up to 60 or whatever it is that dosent mean its going to be a clean signal. turn it up to around 70-75%. so like 35-40 probobly.

so it says if i give the amp its full power. i couldnt go past 1/2 volume? right?
