planning to jump to vs from cs, need advice and recommendation as regards to which model.
please consider:
how soon the fix is released and
if the model going to be obsolete soon, for example coolsat4k

Ultra! ----> thats the model...

other models are:

viewsat extreme
viewsat pro
viewsat lite

But Ultra is the best of all...

Sorry guys for posting this here, but my ultra just died, It keeps shutting off and on for soemreason i tried to turn off from the back, but still the same prob. I'm thinking to get a new STB (the sonicview 4000) what do u think?

I had a CS 5k and it lasted exactly 12 months before it died (circuit board failure).... I shopped around and ended up getting a VS Ultra, and have been VERY happy with the performance. I originally intended to get the CS 6k, but I'm glad I didn't because I really prefer the options, ease of setup (USB), and picture quality with the Ultra.

I have friends with CaptiveWorks 600 receivers, and after seeing my Ultra, they intend to get a Viewsat as their next receiver.
