My single 10" type R got damaged in an unfortunate event and I need something to replace it. It was a good sub but i'm looking for something with more kick. Probably 2 of these would work but since i'm in the position of choosing different subs, I thought i'd get your guys' opinion first. Would it be possible to power 2 subs off this amp and still get high quality yet feel more bass? I was thinking maybe 8" or 10" L5/L7s. Also I read in another thread about Diamond Audio subs. Maybe one or two of those? I'm completely open to suggestions and comments. Thanks. |

And one thing i forgot to mention is that i usually listen to rock-ish type music and not to much rap. That is the reason I went with the 10" originally. Scott, you think the 'que will work better for rock music in a 10" or a 12"? |

I stopped by a local indepedent car audio place yesterday and they weren't even sure the volume of their boxes. I'm thinking it might be better to get it built by someone if it isn't to expensive. Also while I was there, I checked out their subs. The guy there's recommendation was a Diamond Audio 12" D3. Right now I'm leaning heavily towards your Audioque, but what's your take on the D3? |
