I'm ready to upgrade. What is the best?

I would like to convert but I cannot seem to find all the files I need. Besides it seems like a lot of people are having trouble after they convert. Anyway, what do you guys think is the best receiver with the best support. Price is not a problem but the key here is Best Support. I would just like to hear your thoughts on this. (Especially yours, LK.) Thanks.
